I am so grateful to be able to serve others by doing what I love and came here to do. When I can inspire, guide, and encourage you to release old patterns, move beyond who you are today and become who you are truly meant to be, my heart sings with joy.

I have a deep belief in the limitless, spiritual nature of each individual. I am able to hold that vision for you when you are unable to see or hold it for yourself and lovingly help you move out of your story and into your vision, to release your past and ignite your future.

As a Minister of Spiritual Peacemaking, I am aware of the Divine in all of us, recognizing that we are all Spiritual Beings on a human journey, with our unique paths to walk and lessons to master. I pledge to honor the path your Soul has chosen in this lifetime.

As an Energy Practitioner, I assist clients to uncover old programming and negative imprints that keep them locked into limiting and unsupportive ways of thinking and behaving. Clearing the cellular memory allows the clients to make rapid and lasting change which is not possible through traditional psychotherapy.

As a Transformational Life Coach, I help you reconnect to yourself, your passions, your purpose and your dreams, to recognize your strengths and inner wisdom and to re-discover your spiritual nature.

As a Social Worker and Psychotherapist, I assist helping professionals who may feel burnt out and who have lost touch with their initial sense of purpose and passion for their chosen work.

As an Inspiring Speaker and Workshop Facilitator, I create an atmosphere of connection, engagement and fun. Participants experience revealing insights, enhanced self-worth and personal transformation.

Given my broad background and experience as a psychotherapist, energy healer, Minister of Spiritual Peacemaking, Passion Test Facilitator, coach and speaker, I work best with people who:

• long to create a more authentic, meaningful life;
• want to explore their connection to Spirit;
• are going through a life transition and need clarity/support;
• want to understand and use spiritual/metaphysical laws to create their dream come true life;
• are ready to release the limiting beliefs and patterns of behavior that are holding them back;
• desire a sense of inner peace;
• want to gain clarity about their passions and purpose.

I am a life-long learner and spiritual seeker, with over 25 years of experience in psychotherapy, energy healing, ordained ministry, coaching and teaching.

I am open to new experiences and am willing to take risks, running my first marathon at the age of 43, opening Spirit Matters, a holistic healing center several years ago and most recently stepping into single life after a 30 year marriage. I want to embrace life fully and support others to do the same.

I've had the privilege of studying with many experts in the fields of spirituality, personal transformation and metaphysics, including Marcia Weider, Janet and Chris Attwood, T. Harv Eker, Rev. Michael Beckwith, Jack Canfield, Jim Self, James Twyman and others. It is very important to me to "walk my talk", to be in integrity and to live a life that exemplifies that which I am inviting my clients to do.
